To all parents,
Starting this week we will be putting on all finishing touches to our set pieces. We will also be starting to use the set pieces in our run throughs. Any parents that plan on helping backstage for our shows are asked to start doing so today. We will also start working with tech. This includes lighting, spots music, and mic. If you plan on helping in these areas, we will need to run tech this week. We desperately need a duckling mom fr each show. You will simply be responsible for the duckling. You will make are that they stay quiet and together, yo will also make sure they make their cues and costume changes.
We have a Sign up sheet posted on the wall of the theatre, please sign up to help on the days that you are able. Tour show cannot run without each position being filled.

If you have cleared a conflict with me for this weekend, I expect that you will double your efforts to contribute to the set build throughout this week. Remember this is a team effort and these kids are depending on us to give them the best set possible
