It's going to be a heavy week if rehearsal this week
Please pay attention to your individual call times, as I may have some people come in early

Monday April 2nd
4:45- ugly and Ida will work different
5:00- entire cast is called
5-5:15- we will work the blizzard vocals
5:15- 5:45 we will work blizzard choreo
5:45-6:45 we will work act 1 in

Tuesday April 3rd
4:45 ugly and penny will work transformation song
5:00 company is called to work blizzard song and choreo review
5:30-6:45 act 2 run through

Wednesday April 4th act 1 must be memorized by this date!
4:45 all soloists and small group numbers will work
5:00 entire cast run act 1 until 6:45

Thursday April 5th act 2 must be memorized by this date!
4:45 entire cast is called to run choreo
5:00 we begin act 2 run through


Saturday April 7th

Everyone called at 9:30am-1:00 pm
We will run the show through and tighten up music and choreo



Parents are needed to assemble set and finish with building and painting
We must have a working set by the en of Saturday afternoon
I understand that it is easter weekend and many if us plan to go out of town for trips and family visits
But this our LAST weekend to pull this show together
So e everyone including parents are expected to amp it up and attend the entire rehearsal on this day
If you have cleared a conflict with me for this weekend, I expect that you will double your efforts to contribute to the set build throughout this week. Remember this is a team effort and these kids are depending on us to give them the best set possible
