Tech this week

To all parents,
Starting this week we will be putting on all finishing touches to our set pieces. We will also be starting to use the set pieces in our run throughs. Any parents that plan on helping backstage for our shows are asked to start doing so today. We will also start working with tech. This includes lighting, spots music, and mic. If you plan on helping in these areas, we will need to run tech this week. We desperately need a duckling mom fr each show. You will simply be responsible for the duckling. You will make are that they stay quiet and together, yo will also make sure they make their cues and costume changes.

We have a Sign up sheet posted on the wall of the theatre, please sign up to help on the days that you are able. Tour show cannot run without each position being filled.

Monday the 9th
Rehearsal run 4:45 to 6:45
I need ugly Ida and drake at 4:30

Tuesday the 10 th
Rehearsal runs 4:45-6:45
I need cat, ugly at 4:30
I want to see some costumes

Wednesday the 11th
Rehearsal runs 4:45-6:45
I need Maureen, Henrietta and Ida in at 4:30
Full dress

Thursday the. 12th
Rehearsal is at 4:45-6:45
I need ducklings, Ida and drake in early
Full dress

Saturday rehearsals are from 9 am-12:30
@12:30 we will break for lunch
Pizza is provided
@1:00 we will start getting into costumes
Doors open @2:15 everyone is required to stay back stage at this Tim
@2:30 house opens
